Yenişehir Residences
Located 12 km out of the city centre, Yenişehir Villas are developed with the contemporary Urbanism approach such as low-rise buildings and intense residential typology. Approximately 460 houses are designed as single family houses, multi-family houses, and twin duplex apartment flats and detached villas. The design was inspired by the traditional residential buildings of Anatolian Architecture with its contemporary interpretation. The privacy and the outdoor life connection were provided by "atrium-terrace". Residences are built with concrete and light steel construction.
