ILTAY Architecture, was established by founding partner LÜTFÜ ÜNVER in 1977 in Istanbul.

ILTAY has been designing and building a wide variety of buildings such as, office and administration buildings, corporate headquarters, factories, maintenance facilities, housing complexes, bank branches, residences, chain restaurants, etc. with diverse style, scale and different functional requirements.

ILTAY Architecture, who has grown covering several disciplines as Architectural Design, Interior Design, Urban Design, Restoration-Renovation, Construction and Site Coordination and Project Management, has gained a well-earned reputation as one of the most trust-worthy, innovative architecture firms in Turkey.

ILTAY has been in the forefront of Computer Aided Design (CAD) since its early adoption of CAD based Systems in 1987 as part of its commitment to new information technologies in order to support design process, with more effective and fast solutions. In line with this philosophy ILTAY has been utilizing BIM (Building Information Modeling) based Design since early 2000s.

ILTAY is Quality Management System ISO 9001, Environmental Management Systems ISO 14001 and Occupational health and safety management systems OHSAS 18001 certified.

Known for its innovative and caring approach to the built environment, İLTAY Architecture has specialized on sustainability and environmentally friendly “green building” design. Its staff includes experts who have knowledge of national and international green building rating / certification systems (Yeşil Sertifika (YeS-TR), B.E.S.T, LEED, EDGE, etc.) and BEP-TR building energy performance application (Energy Performance Certificate (EKB)).
